We've had a particularly bad attrition month. A lot of moves, new jobs, babies being born, "hold off til New Year" member cancellations.
Not that its a fix but we've done 11k since yesterday in black Friday sales. Only 3 were from our MRR and the rest were pay in fulls throughout the year who didn't want to miss a deal or last year's BFs renewing
Definitely putting a lot in the pot for marketing in December we wouldn't have had otherwise with minimal damage to the already damaged November MRR. Definitely giving us a lot more wiggle room coming into the end of the year.
